Covers and Panels for Mining Equipment

MMS Technology currently manufactures a comprehensive range of composite panels used in the mining industry. These panels are typically used on shuttle cars and continuous mining machines. Glass fibre woven roving or multiaxial stitched weave with Derekane vinyl ester resin and a vacuum assisted resin infusion process is used to manufacture these panels.Profiled or flat panels can be manufactured. Flat panels can be manufactured to the following maximum specifications:
Panel length – 8m maximum
Panel width – 1.7m maximum panel thickness – 2mm to 200mm
Panel density – 1800kg/m3 (+/-)All panels are designed and manufactured to client requirements.
